HEXARIG Features

• Adjustable lowering fairleads: They are removable and replaceable, can be positioned as needed, and their number can be increased or decreased.
• Removable main line fairleads: providing optimal rope guidance, preventing overlaps on the bollard.
• Reversible aluminum bollard: Machined from solid material, with a diameter of 120mm and a thickness of 22.5mm, it is equipped with vents to enhance heat dissipation. Since it is not welded to the mounting plate, you can rotate it to manage wear areas effectively.
• Ratchet straps slot: For straps up to 50mm wide (provided with the product). The system allows the ratchets to be positioned away from the work area, avoiding any interference with the rigging ropes.
• Mobile multi-function bar: aids in rope guidance and can be used as an attachment point for a pre-tensioning system.
• Through vents: enhancing the bollard's heat dissipation capacity.
• Reversible mounting plate: Machined from solid aluminum, with a thickness of 25mm, a width of 180mm, and a height of 250mm. Its compact design allows it to be used on small-diameter trunks.
• Replaceable protection pads: Providing increased stability of the system when attached to the trunk.
• Bollard attachment: Secured by 12 stainless steel M10 screws, 55 mm in length. This ingenious system allows you to either rotate or reverse the bollard, and also to replace it with a new one without having to purchase an entirely new system.
• Removable lowering cleats: They are replaceable or detachable, providing enhanced rope control in all situations.

  • Made of lacquered aluminum with dimensions of 51,5x32x23 cm, it facilitates the storage and transport of your HEXARIG. Its generous size also allows you to store and transport your slings and rigging pulleys.
  • Wooden double bottom Includes a securing strap to keep the HEXARIG firmly in place during transport.
• Ratchet straps: 50 mm wide and 9 m long, offering a maximum breaking strength of 50 kN.

The HEXARIG lowering device is not PPE and should not be used for securing climbers. It is intended for use only in tree rigging and/or dismantling operations by properly trained personnel. Adhering to the WLL (Working Load Limit) is essential to ensure worker safety and avoid any risk of accidents related to equipment overload.
