Stihl FlexTEC Trousers are designed for professional users who need certified chainsaw protection, comfort and freedom of movement. These Stihl FlexTEC Trousers use flexible materials, a slim professional fit and advanced cut protection to support long and active working days. Because of their durable build and breathable structure, they suit forestry, arboriculture and landscaping work.
Engineered for Comfort and Flexible Movement
The trousers use a ProElast insert in the crotch area, which improves movement when climbing or bending. The AVERTIC Pro lite+ cut-protection material is bonded to the outer fabric, so the trousers move more freely while still delivering Class 1 protection. The lower leg has a close-fitting elasticated cuff that reduces sawdust, snow and debris entry. It also provides abrasion and thorn resistance for work in challenging environments.
Breathable Construction with Adjustable Airflow
The breathable outer fabric helps regulate temperature throughout the day. Ventilation zips on the thighs let the wearer release heat quickly, which is useful during warm or strenuous work. A kidney protection panel adds comfort in cold weather and protects the lower back when working on uneven ground. The recycled polyester lining and thigh fabric contribute to a lighter and more sustainable design.
Durable Fabrics and Practical Work Features
The knee area features reinforced waterproof fabric for extra durability. A PFAS-free water-repellent finish on selected panels adds protection in damp conditions. The trousers also provide practical storage with two side pockets, a back pocket, a thigh pocket and a ruler pocket. Each pocket uses a flat zip closure to prevent resin build-up. The waistband includes brace buttons, loops and a Velcro adjuster for a secure and reliable fit.
