Additional padding for the shin and calf is provided with a foam plate that is 50% larger than its predecessor. The Pads Plus encloses almost the entire leg.

An optimal fit in the shell and ultimately on the user’s leg is achieved by a grid structure of the pad.

The grid structure enables localized pressure distribution, increasing subjective comfort for the user.

Gaffs with Black Teflon (PTFE) Coating

PTFE, widely known as Teflon, is a highly developed plastic that drastically reduces friction and breakaway torques (e.g., in aluminium sockets). This allows easier release of the gaff from wood, saving force and reducing stress.

Lower and Upper Click-Buckle Straps
Cobra® click buckles from AustriAlpin on both lower and upper straps allow climbers to put the equipment on and take it off quickly. In combination with VELCRO® brand Velcro® fasteners, they ensure a secure, play-free fit. Once adjusted, you’re ready to go.
