We accept returns from both UK and international customers. Return instructions vary depending on where your order was delivered, so please select the appropriate return option below before sending anything back.

UK ORDERS

For orders delivered to a UK address.

International Orders

For orders delivered outside the UK. Still waiting for your delivery? Track your order here.

Eligibility

UK Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt provided they are:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In their original condition
  • Suitable for resale

All returned items are inspected upon arrival. Once approved, refunds and replacement orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days.

When returning boots, please ensure they are clean and dry. We are unable to accept boots that are returned dirty or wet.

 

UK Exchanges

If your order was delivered to a UK address, we can typically process an exchange as a return and replacement order.

If there is any price difference or additional payment required, a member of our customer service team will contact you directly before the replacement order is completed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a faulty product or an incorrect item being received.

 

International Returns

If your order was delivered outside the UK, eligible items may be returned for a refund.

We do not offer a free exchange service outside of the UK. If you would like a different size or item, your original purchase will be refunded once the return is received and approved, and you may place a new order for the replacement item.
