Notch 19mm Rigging Pulley Block

The Notch 19mm Rigging Pulley Block is a compact and lightweight arborist block designed to accommodate working lines of up to 3/4” (19mm) in diameter. With a working load limit (WLL) of 30 kN (6,744 lbs.) and a minimum breaking strength (MBS) of 150 kN (33,721 lbs.), this rigging block is built to handle heavy loads with ease. The hot forged aluminum side plates feature rope-friendly rounded cheeks, while the precision CNC machined aluminum sheaves with wide bend radii ensure smooth and efficient operation. The low profile captive screw pin lock provides a secure and easy-to-open mechanism, allowing for quick and hassle-free attachment and detachment of ropes. The high wall, full diameter design offers improved anchor sling protection, while the wide, concave upper sheave is capable of accepting 1.1/8” (28mm) anchor slings. Additionally, the flared side-plates help reduce twisting in complex rigging scenarios, making it a versatile and reliable tool for arborists and rigging professionals.
