1. Where is my order?

2. I’m looking for a product that isn’t listed on the website - can you source it?

We’re often able to special order products that are not currently listed online. Please contact [email protected] with details of the item you’re looking for, and a member of the team will be in touch. 

3. Can I add items to my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, additional items cannot be added. This is because orders are sent directly to our warehouse for processing as quickly as possible. 

If you need additional products, please place a separate order. 

4. Can I exchange an item?

Exchanges may be possible depending on the item and delivery location. 

For UK customers, exchanges are typically processed as a return and replacement order. For customers outside of the UK, additional shipping charges may apply. 

If there is any price difference or additional payment required, a member of our customer service team will contact you directly. 

Please contact customer service before returning an item so we can advise on the next steps. 

 

5. Can I use my Honey Brothers gift card online?

Gift cards purchased before the launch of our new website can still be redeemed, but they are not currently supported online. 

To check a gift card balance or redeem a gift card, please contact our customer service team at +44 (0) 1483 561362 for assistance. 

 

6. Why isn’t my password working?

We recently upgraded our website platform, so existing customers may need to reset their password the first time they log in to the new site.

If an account exists for the email address entered, you will receive a password reset email with further instructions.

7. Why can’t I see my previous order history?

We recently upgraded our online shopping experience with a new website platform. 

Order history in your online account may only display orders placed through the new site. If you need help locating information about a previous order, please contact our customer service team and we’ll do our best to assist.
