The Protos Integral Industry Helmet delivers maximum safety with total comfort for demanding industrial environments. Designed as a completely new concept in head protection, it surpasses conventional standards by providing superior impact resistance, comfort, and all-round visibility. Every element of the Protos system works together to keep you protected and comfortable during long working hours.
Comprehensive head protection and stability
The helmet provides full coverage against both vertical and horizontal impacts, ensuring all-round protection. Its patented neck cradle system gently supports the nape of the neck, securing the helmet firmly without the need for a chinstrap. This neck guard also adds safety by protecting the back of the head in case of a fall or heavy impact, reducing the risk of skull base fractures.
Ventilation and temperature control
Protos features a unique ventilation slider on the crown that controls airflow. By opening the slider, air circulates freely around the head, maintaining comfort even during hot weather. When closed, it protects against rain and cold. In the event of direct impact, the slider detaches from the shell, dispersing energy safely and reducing transmitted force.
Comfort and hygiene for daily use
Inside, the KlimaAir padding system in the crown, neck, and headband efficiently transports perspiration away from the head. This design keeps the user cool and comfortable through long shifts. The pads are fully washable at 30 °C, ensuring long-term hygiene. Replacement of these components every two to three years is recommended for daily users, while the main shell should be replaced every five years from manufacture for continued protection.
