I am after an item you don’t have on the website, can you get it in?
We pride ourselves on being able to get most items into stock so it’s always worth asking us. Please contact email@example.com if you have any product enquiries and a team member will be in touch.
Can I add items to my order if I’ve already placed it?
You can’t add to your order once it’s been placed but if you give us a ring on (01483) 561362 then we can create a separate order and send them together.
Can I exchange an item if I am outside of the UK?
We dont offer exchanges free of charge outside of the UK but we can offer an exchange if the extra cost of the postage is covered.
Can I check my gift cards remaining balance?
