I am after an item you don’t have on the website, can you get it in?
We pride ourselves on being able to get most items into stock so it’s always worth asking us. Please contact [email protected] if you have any product enquiries and a team member will be in touch.
Can I add items to my order if I’ve already placed it?
Unfortunately, the answer is no, you cannot add to your order once it has been placed. You can however place another order.
This is due to the order being sent straight to the warehouse on our systems so it can be picked and packed to get it to you as quick as possible.
Can I exchange an item if I am outside of the UK?
We don’t offer exchanges free of charge outside of the UK but we can offer an exchange if the extra cost of the postage is covered.
Can I check my gift card remaining balance?
