Integrated Eye and Head Protection
The EVO VISTAlens system features a fully retractable, optical class 1 integrated overspec with B-rated impact resistance, ensuring clear vision without distortion. The interchangeable eyewear system allows users to switch easily between the VISTAlens overspec and a VISTAshield faceshield, adapting protection to suit different tasks. Additional features include anti-scratch and anti-mist coatings, UV protection, and rigorous testing for impact resistance at extreme temperatures, offering consistent reliability and safety.
Comfort and Fit
Designed for all-day comfort, the Revolution Flex wheel ratchet harness reduces pressure points and ensures a secure fit. The flexible 3D-profiled strap and extended nape section improve stability and comfort. A TPR lens seal moulds to the face for increased protection against debris while reducing lens misting. For extra practicality, the helmet allows the wearer’s prescription eyewear to fit comfortably underneath the integrated overspec.
Compatibility and Ventilation
The helmet is compatible with other JSP PPE, such as Force 8 masks with PressToCheck filters, Sonis ear defenders, and EVOGuard visors. Specially designed attachment points enable the fitting of accessories including headlamps, goggles, and ID holders. The optional dual-vented shell helps regulate airflow, reducing helmet temperature by an average of 2–3 °C for added comfort during long shifts.
