The Cobra Shrink Tube End Cap – 2 Tonne is a heat-shrink sleeve designed to neatly finish the end of Cobra 2t cabling. Once positioned over the cable end, it is shrunk using the Cobra blow torch, forming a clean, tapered point ideal for quick and tidy splicing.
Easy Identification During Inspections
Each end cap features a distinct annual colour along with an imprint of the installation year and Cobra system type. This makes it quick and easy to identify the age and specification of the installation during routine tree inspections.
Flexible Installation Options
If tape is preferred instead of shrinking the end cap onto the cable, the sleeve can still be slid over the cable and used as a signal marker, preserving visual identification without heat shrinking.
