Integrated Two-Way Communication System
This headset features a communication radio built into the shell, enabling operation on eight channels within the PMR 446 MHz band. With 38 available subchannels, multiple user groups can operate independently without interference from others working on the same frequency. An electronic voice guide provides clear verbal prompts to help users adjust settings with ease. When not in use, the headset powers down automatically to preserve battery life, making it efficient for extended outdoor or industrial work.
Comfort, Microphone Quality and Battery Performance
A noise-cancelling electret microphone helps ensure speech remains clear even in high-noise areas. Output power of 150 mW supports dependable communication, and the radio range can reach up to one kilometre depending on environmental conditions. The unit operates on either AA alkaline or NiMH batteries, offering a typical runtime of around twenty hours. With an operating temperature range between −20 °C and +55 °C, it is suitable for a wide range of conditions throughout the working year.
