Description
HMPE rope with polyurethane coating, easy to splice and repair.
Textile cable is as strong as metal cable. It shows a strong resistance to bending and abrasion and it can replace metal cable for daily heavy duty uses such as: opening or closing vent flaps on buildings or lifting and lowering feed bunks. It shows a remarkable stability under load with no elongation.
Textile cable is efficient when in contact with corrosive materials or polluted atmospheres; it does not rust and it is not sensitive to droppings and animal waste.
10 times lighter than metal cable, it is more comfortable to use, easy to handle and to roll on a winch.
Easy repairs are performed with simple splices quick to do on most of our ropes. Can also be swaged or clamped.
These synthetic ropes are tested for elongation as well as resistance to bending in our labs which are specially equipped with fatigue machines. Our products are delivered by the reel or cut to lengths upon your request.
