These Arborflex Base C trousers provide Class 1, Design C protection — covering both front and back of the legs — ideal for users who want maximum safety combined with flexibility. Because the base layer is lightweight and highly stretchable, it supports comfortable movement and versatility on site.
Full-Leg Cut Protection & Multi-Purpose Use
This base layer is certified to Class 1 (20 m/s) under EN 381-5 and EN ISO 13688 standards, using a multi-layer chainsaw-blocking system that offers all-round leg protection. Therefore, when combined with any compatible Arborflex Skin, it turns the outer shell into a fully compliant chainsaw trouser. This modular system gives you flexibility to adapt to different tasks by changing the outer skin while retaining the protective core.
Comfort, Stretch and Movement Built In
The Arborflex Base C uses high-quality stretch fabrics to allow freedom of movement — whether climbing, bending, or kneeling.
