1 – Remove the clasp at the back of the buckle
2 – Take your waist
measurement 3 – Cut the rope with scissors or a very sharp knife
4 – Melt the rope with a lighter
5 – Check that the rope is well melted so that it does not fray
6 – Close the clasp

The belt is water resistant, you can wash it by hand with a little soap or detergent. Allow to air dry.
